I am honored to spend my days with the tenants, residents and team that make up the Northridge Village Community. Each day brings a new opportunity to better someone’s life bringing me a lot of joy. Outside of work I live in Boone and enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and our twin boys.

I have been in sales for over 20 years, mostly in IT. I determined that I wanted to find more joy and purpose in my work and stumbled upon a sales role in Senior Living. I took a chance and changed the direction of my career. Now I’m addicted. I’ve always enjoyed spending time with seniors and now I get to do it daily. I’m thrilled to be part of the Northridge Village team. There are so many great things happening here. Outside of work I enjoy Broadway shows, museums, lectures, and spending time with my son.

Angie Anderson, RN, RAC-CT
I enjoy working at Northridge Village because each and every staff member genuinely shares the desire to care for the elderly as I do myself. I have shared the same compassion since I became a C.N.A. in 2005. Each day is a new adventure and I love that. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 little boys attending their sporting events, riding 4-wheelers and going dirt track racing.

I have been doing Senior Living activities since 2004 and been a certified Activity Director since 2006. I am a board member with the Iowa Association for Activity Professionals. I have two children, Ray and Renae, and four grandchildren. I live in Boone but grew up in Earlham. I used to raise Siamese kittens, but currently have no pets. I read Amish books, love to sing, and go for drives and walks.

Danyell Hall
Hi! My name is Danyell Hall. I am the hair stylist here at Northridge Village Salon. I’ve been in the industry for almost 17 years. Each day with the residents is rewarding, and I’m always eager to see them smiling each and every day. I have two daughters and two step-sons. My husband and I reside in Ames. We enjoy trips to Las Vegas and hanging out with family and friends. We also love attending Iowa State football games and cheering on the Cyclones!

I would say a couple reasons that stand out to me working here at Northridge are: I have the opportunity to work with some very skilled people who are great teammates as well and the interaction and relationships that are built with our tenants, residents and their families. I live in Story City, love being a Grandma and GO CYCLONES!

Greg Stassen
I am originally from Minnesota. I moved to Ames with my Wife, Tara, our son, Bryce and daughter Breanna. We moved to Ames in 2005 after falling in love with the Cyclones. Go Cyclones! When I’m not at work, I enjoy fishing, especially ice fishing, playing golf and camping. I am looking forward to working here at Northridge Village and getting to know the residents!

I have always enjoyed working with others, especially in long term care. At Northridge Village, I get the pleasure of working closely with the employees while also getting to know our residents. It is an honor to be a part of the Northridge Village family. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. I look forward to meeting everyone.

I enjoy working at Northridge Village because making a positive impact on people’s daily lives means the world to me. Seeing the residents smiling and hearing the laughter in their voice makes it all worth it. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and watching the cyclones.

I grew up in Terril, a small town in Northwest Iowa, but have lived in Ames for over 20 years. It's the place I now call home. I have been married to my husband Wade for almost 11 years and we have two little girls and a golden-doodle. For fun, I'm all about fitness. I LOVE hot yoga and my Peloton. I walk almost every day to work. My previous role was a hospice nurse so I worked in every facility in the area. I think that Northridge is among the best of them and I've always thought the team here is great which is why I jumped on board.

It's been a privilege to be part of the NRV neighborhood since we opened on 9-1-15. It's an honor to serve the community as an RN. When I'm in my other home, I enjoy keeping up with my 3 kids and their families. My passion is creativity, expressed through art quilts or projects for my granddaughter. It's all good in the neighborhood!

I was born and raised in Ames. I worked for Northridge Village as a culinary aide when it first opened, but left to go to college in Marshalltown. Now I’m back. I started off at the front desk and was promoted to the Business Office. I have on dog, her name is Luna, and she is an Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix. I enjoy taking her for long walks and visiting with family and friends outside of work. I love working at Northridge because I get to meet and build relationships with our tenants and their families.
